Currently with all enquiries, we have to save the information on an excel spreadsheet separately. It would be fab if we could have an Enquiries box on the main events over view page, where it would tracks leads and enquiries info as well. Then we could possibly convert it to an event? Thank you!!

There are other platforms that allow you to create quotes, turn them into contracts, and have them signed online. That way the process would be seamless and complete. Is it possible to add those functionalities?

It would be beneficial if the guest names can be larger on the master plan of all tables and reception so when printing we can see their names and table numbers clearly. This weekend was very difficult to try and work out where they were on the print out.

How can I delete or hide vendors that my clients have declined in their vendor hub. Would only like to see the confirmed and tentative.

As a: Planner (and Client) I want to: customize notification frequency and receive immediate alerts when I am specifically tagged or assigned a task with a due date. So that: Critical communication isn't missed in a weekly digest and we can respond to urgent questions immediately. The Problem: The current "once a week" reminder is insufficient for active planning. Important comments or tasks with approaching deadlines are often missed because the notification comes too late. Suggested Solution: @Mentions: Trigger an immediate email/push notification to a user whenever they are mentioned in a comment (e.g., "@Bride"). Task Assignments: Trigger a notification immediately when a user is assigned a task that has a due date. Settings: Allow users to choose between "Immediate," "Daily Summary," or "Weekly Summary" in their profile settings.
