We do not want to delete the vendors from our main contact list, but be able to remove them from each couples vendor list if they have declined them. At present it seems to be a very long process as you have to go into each vendor on their list press edit, then scroll down to find delete. when their are over 100 vendors listed for each couple this is way too time consuming.

Thanks for the feedback! We are currently reviewing improvements for the Vendor Hub and want to make sure we get the visibility of "declined" vendors right.
Could you share a bit more about your ideal workflow here? Specifically, are you looking to permanently delete these vendors, or just filter them out of the main view so they don't clutter your screen?

Product Team yes if you also dont delete they read on the runsheet so its a very timely process at the moment to go in and delete. The other problem that it poses is if we do delete it deletes the comments and notes we have held that the client then changes their mind and we now have no information
