I’m coming from using a spreadsheet to build my timelines, which allowed me to put in just the ceremony time, and most things for the day populated from that one time-mark. The current timeline forces you back to doing the math of counting hours and minutes, rather than putting in allotted times (ex. how long a photographer is booked, and then having to count backwards from the grand exit to find out what time they arrive / knowing most toasts last 5 minutes, and being able to just add in 5 minute increments for each toast-giver)
