We are keeping the guestlist without deleting the guests who are not attending and in the floor plan those who are not attending are included in the people to be seated info. If you can just omit them here, it will be less confusing because I can't clearly see if I forgot to seat anyone who is actually attending the wedding because those who are not attending are also included in this info without any separation. This makes the process hard. Also when we use the filter below, when I select unassigned, I see assigned people. This part not working quite clear.

Hi, I charge my clients a % of their total spend - is there a way to add that to the budget please? It means that currently I am having to run a google sheet as well as this budget. Thanks

Can we change the maps to address lookup instead of the Long and Lat. This would be significantly easier as we can start typing the address and hopefully have addresses start to auto populate in both the wedding website and also in the vendor profiles when adding their address.

I know this was partially addressed before. And the incorporation of the high res images is a good start. However, the table numbers and fonts are SO SMALL on the overall floorplan. Even the text boxes are small. It would be better to have the numerical size points instead. small medium and large font size is pointless if its all still small. When the floorplan prints, even with higher resolution, it still is blurred and difficult to see the table numbers and names. I receive this complaint from my assistants, and other vendors I work with; and I personally see the issue myself. Again, PLEASE make this fonts larger.

Can you please add serpentine tables to the floorplan builder?

Most often we plan wedding weekends, not just wedding day, so it would be beneficial to have the option to have a timeline for the rehearsal dinner, welcome party, wedding day, recovery day, boat day, etc.

As a: Planner (and Client) I want to: customize notification frequency and receive immediate alerts when I am specifically tagged or assigned a task with a due date. So that: Critical communication isn't missed in a weekly digest and we can respond to urgent questions immediately. The Problem: The current "once a week" reminder is insufficient for active planning. Important comments or tasks with approaching deadlines are often missed because the notification comes too late. Suggested Solution: @Mentions: Trigger an immediate email/push notification to a user whenever they are mentioned in a comment (e.g., "@Bride"). Task Assignments: Trigger a notification immediately when a user is assigned a task that has a due date. Settings: Allow users to choose between "Immediate," "Daily Summary," or "Weekly Summary" in their profile settings.
