Real-Time "Mentions" & Notification Customization

- As a: Planner (and Client)
- I want to: customize notification frequency and receive immediate alerts when I am specifically tagged or assigned a task with a due date.
- So that: Critical communication isn't missed in a weekly digest and we can respond to urgent questions immediately.
The Problem:
- The current "once a week" reminder is insufficient for active planning. Important comments or tasks with approaching deadlines are often missed because the notification comes too late.
Suggested Solution:
- @Mentions: Trigger an immediate email/push notification to a user whenever they are mentioned in a comment (e.g., "@Bride").
- Task Assignments: Trigger a notification immediately when a user is assigned a task that has a due date.
- Settings: Allow users to choose between "Immediate," "Daily Summary," or "Weekly Summary" in their profile settings.

Yes, I agree at the moment unless we are going into the client file daily we dont know if they have responded to us. As they may forget to tag us and then there is no notification. As a planner with clients 12 months out, we are not necessarily in that client folder daily and miss notifications
