Can we PLEASE have larger font on the PDF Floor Map for the guest names. Its not useful to have the print out only available for the table print out. Larger font is needed on the master floorplan. Currently if printing the tile 1x1 we can print a one page floorplan. But the font is not legible and impossible to see. This has to change as it becomes a functionality issue on event days for planning and coordination staff and while working with the venue.

updated the status to

We have added multiple options to export the floor plans including images and canvas sections.
You can now also create a view only shareable link for the floor plan that shows real time updates and can be opened on an iPad or a smaller devices. It allows for zoom in as needed.

Product Team I saw the updates. I did in fact mean the font size still needed to be larger. I would also like to point out, as the names currently are, they do still overlap with one another, which is also problematic. The name should auto format so the can go on alternate sides of the seats or above and below one another instead of overlapping.
Having an accurate and legible seating chart during event days is extremely important. If we're placing the my clients' guests name cards out, we need to be able to read the master seating plan without having to print every table off individually.
As you can see, when zoomed in the names are overlapped and become distorted.

Tameka Bromfield: Thanks for the update.
We will reach out directly to better understand the situations around this and to avoid overlap.
Reducing font size based on name length may have the opposite effect from the one we are trying to achieve.
Product Team
Tameka Bromfield, we have released updates for downloading the floor plan as tiled canvas images.
This allows you to zoom in on the floor plan as much as you'd like.
Here's a step by step of that:
If you mean something else, please send let us know or send an email at support@thatstheone.com. We are happy to schedule a call.
PS - Increasing the font size of the names on the floor plan causes them to overlap, making them unreadable.
