Create Your Own Category in To Do's and be able to alphabetise To Do's

Currently we are forced to use pre selected Categories.. we would like to add our own, such as "First Dance"
Also, where we create new To Do's for a particular event, it would be great if we could A-Z them within the couples "To Do" option.. or drop and drag them in to our own desired order please :)

This feature is now live.
You can now create your own categories in the To-Do list by just typing the category.
This can also be used to create gender neutral categories.
