Ooh! Next reason why.. because we do social media posts about certain suppliers that we work closely with, and it would be great to see which events they have been connected to with us, so we can locate the media from the relevant Weddings easily. Right now I have to keep every single Wedding in a spreadsheet with the suppliers listed against them, so I can CTRL+F to find which Weddings they have been with us at in the past.

It would also be great for when we are working with one vendor for multiple couples at a time. For instance today, I had to search through couples to find the 3x Weddings we are working on with one supplier, so when we had a catch up call with them, we can see quickly who we have booked. It would also allow us to state to that vendor, how many jobs we have recommended them over a year, which for some of the companies we work with, reflects in commissionable rates.

We work with so many different suppliers and have a very large contact list, it's not always easy to remember who's wedding they were a vendor at. it would be handy if each contact had something like a 'previous events' box. so say we had a photographer that been added as a vendor to 3 archived events, it would show as a list which events they were involved in.

Vicky Crookes: And why are you trying to know what weddings they were involved in? This will help us understand the goal.
You can email us at support@thatstheone.com, and we can schedule a call to better understand this. This will help us design a good solution.

Product Team Because when it comes to recommendations it's easier to remember the vendors service when we can connect it to a past wedding.

Hi Vicky Crookes, thanks for the suggestion.
Can you help us understand what you are trying to achieve by looking at the vendor's involvement in prior events?
